Place the bag in front of your apartment door by 08 :30 the latest on the collection day.
We will collect the laundry and provide new sets !
The fresh laundry will also be placed in a blue bag in front of your door so that you can fill the same bag with your laundry for the next service.
This service is exclusively for the Book a home textiles present in the apartment according to the list.
Please do not include any personal clothing or towels within this service, as they may get lost and Book a home AG cannot be held responsible for them.
